  • No professional cameras.
  • Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted, No storage or cloakroom facilities available.
  • Strollers will not be permitted into the venue however stroller parks will be available. All personal items are left strictly at the owner's risk with no venue liability.
  • Attendees are required to behave in accordance with UAE's traditions and culture.
  • No flags of any kind including country flags.
  • E-tickets will be scanned at turnstyle entry. Please make sure tickets are downloaded onto mobile devices
  • Contactless payments only are accepted throughout the venue.

  • No re-entry: The ticket grants a one-time entry into the Etihad Arena, with no right of re-entry.
  • For the comfort of all customers, it is kindly requested that attendees arrive at the Venue at least two (2) hours prior to the start of the game. Customers arriving after the game has begun may only be allowed to enter the seating area during an appropriate break. Seating will be assigned according to the instructions of the Final Four staff, and early seating before the start of the respective game cannot be guaranteed.
  • No refund, no transfer: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only. We can confiscate a ticket from you if you resell it or attempt to resell it at a price above face value.
  • Unauthorized resellers: The Arena reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from un-authorized resellers, including through Viagogo or Dubizzle.
  • Resale of tickets for the 2025 Final Four is prohibited.
  • No admission: Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena and/or prosecution, as determined in the sole discretion of Etihad Arena, their representatives, affiliates and/or agents or law enforcement.

• Identification Of The Parties
  • Ticket Agent: the seller of the Final Four tickets is Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, an entity licensed by Euroleague Ventures S.A. The Ticket Agent is responsible for all Ticket sales, payment processing and handling and inquiries or claims related to Final Four Ticket purchases.

  • Organizer: the organizer of the Final Four is Euroleague Ventures S.A., a company based in 60 Grand Rue, L-1660 Luxembourg, responsible for the planning, production and operation of the Final Four. Euroleague Ventures S.A. is not responsible for any aspect related to the sale of Tickets, which is handled exclusively by the Ticket Agent.
    
    
  The Ticket Agent is solely responsible for all matters related to the sale, distribution and handling of Final Four Tickets, including but not limited to payment processing, delivery of Tickets, customer support and refund and exchanges. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any aspect related to Ticket purchases. Any issues or disputes must be handled directly with the Ticket Agent.
  
  In the event of the cancellation or modification of the Final Four, the Organizer is not responsible for processing refunds or Ticket exchanges, as these matters are exclusively handled by the Ticket Agent.
  
  The Organizer will not be liable for any damage, loss or issue arising from the purchase or use of Tickets. This includes but is not limited to errors during payment processing, issues with Ticket delivery or problems accessing the Event with invalid Tickets.
  
  The Ticket Agent operates as an independent entity and is not an agent or representative of the Organizer. All transactions related to the sale of Tickets are managed exclusively by the Ticket Agent. The Organizer has no control over the Ticket sale process.
  
  
• Ticket Terms:
  • Each ticket entitles you to attend all the 2025 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four games.
  • Every customer can order a maximum of 6 (six) Tickets .
  • Each customer will receive an order confirmation by email after processing their purchase. E-tickets will be sent by email to all customers not before May 14, 2023.
  • Tickets shall not be used for any promotion, advertising, fundraising, auction, raffle or any other similar commercial or non-commercial purposes, or used as a prize (or part of a prize) in any contest, competition, promotional game of change, lottery or sweepstake. Tickets used in breach of this shall be void with no right to a refund and will be refused or be evicted from the Venue and may be liable to further legal action.
  • With due regard to the state of the art and given the particularities of the Final Four and the international broadcast of the same all Tickets holders who attend the Final Four and enter the Venue acknowledged that their image, likeness and/or voice may be captured, recorded and broadcasted in connection with the Final Four. This includes but is not limited to television broadcasts, online streaming, promotional content and in-event signage. The Ticked holder further acknowledges that all such content created from the Final Four may be used by Euroleague Ventures S.A. (including Euroleague Properties S.A.) and its sponsors, partners and accredited media organizations for the mentioned purposes without compensation and for the maximum period permitted by law, considering that the Ticket holder entry in the Venue constitutes consent to such uses.

  • Ticket holders acknowledge that photographic images and/or audio and visual and/or audiovisual recordings may be used by Euroleague Ventures S.A. or by a third party (such a law enforcement body) to identify you as an individual (provided that this data processing activity is permitted by the applicable law), for the purposes of preventing or detecting crime or any breach of any part of this Terms and Conditions.
  • Ticket holders can find more information about Euroleague Ventures S.A. use of personal data in the privacy notice of this Terms and Conditions which can be found on f4tickets.com.
  • All intellectual property rights related to the Final Four, including but not limited to the event name, logo, branding, artwork, and any other materials associated with the Final Four, are the exclusive property of the event Organizer. Ticket holders acknowledge and agree that they shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any of the Final Four’s intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Organizer.
  • Organizer & Venue reserves the right to alter the seating for safety and security reasons without granting the Customer any right to having Tickets being exchanged, money refunded or compensation of any kind.
  • Organizer & Venue shall not be held responsible for any interruptions, obstructions, or restrictions to the view of the games or the Event, which may arise due to the location of the selected seat or the actions of other spectators.
  • The Ticket holder agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein, including those set by the Organizer (Code of Conduct and Event Rules on f4tickets.com), the Ticket Agent and the Venue terms and conditions. In the event of any breach by the Ticket holder, including actions that lead to the cancellation or disruption of the Final Four, the ticket holder shall be held fully responsible for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the Organizer, including but not limited to financial loss, reputational damage, and any penalties imposed. The Ticket holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of their failure to comply with these terms, including any actions that directly or indirectly result in the Final Four being canceled or disrupted.
  • By purchasing a ticket and attending the Final Four, the Ticket holder acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with the nature of the event. This includes, but is not limited to, the possibility of personal injury or damage to property due to the normal course of the games. The Organizer & Venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm, whether to property or persons, that occurs as a result of attending the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Organizer. By attending the Event, the Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all such risks and waives any claims against the Organizer and its affiliates. In no event shall the Organizer be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Ticket holder's participation in the Event.

   1. Yas Bay Arena LLC (YBA) acts as a data processor processing ticket purchaser’s data for permitting entry to the event, managing attendance records, and ensuring safety and security during the event.
   2. Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi (DCT) is the government entity established in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi responsible for governing tourism and events. DCT acts as the event promoter and the data controller.
   3. Euroleague Ventures S.A., established in Luxembourg, acts as DCT’s joint controller for the processing of personal data.

   When you purchase tickets through YBA’s ticketing platform, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
   • Name
   • Date of Birth
   • Telephone number
   • Email address
   • Website Usage Data: This includes cookies, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and analytics data.
   YBA, acting as DCT’s data processor, collects and processes this information as part of the ticketing transaction.
