EVENT POLICIES
- CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY is recommended for ages seven (7) years and up. All adults and children must hold a valid ticket to enter Etihad Arena.
- Children under the age of three (3) will not be admitted into the theatre.
- Venue doors open 1 hour before show with access to your seats available from 30 minutes before the show. Once the performance starts latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at a suitable break in the performance. At the start of each Act, there will be an auditorium lockout for up to 18 minutes. Please be seated prior performance start time to avoid auditorium lockouts.
- Seats in the floor seating are on the same level.
- Under 16's must be accompanied by adult 21+.
- Strictly no readmission.
- Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted, no storage or cloakroom facilities available.
- Photography or videography is not permitted at any time during the performance, including the use of phones.
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only.
- e-ticket should be always kept with you and produced upon request by Arena staff.
- Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.
- In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of this e-ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer.
- Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena.
