EVENT POLICIES
- Age:
  - No Age restriction
  - Children aged two years and under can attend the show without a ticket if they sit on a parent or guardian's lap throughout the performance.
  - Under 16 years must be accompanied by 21 years+ adult.
- Entry Policies:
  - Venue doors open 1 hour before show
  - Strictly no readmission.
  - Photography or videography is not permitted at any time during the performance, including the use of phones.
  - Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted, No storage or cloakroom facilities available.
  - Strollers will not be permitted into the venue however stroller parks will be available. All personal items are left strictly at the owner's risk with no venue liability.
  - Attendees are required to behave in accordance with UAE's traditions and culture.
  - No flags of any kind including country flags.
  - E-tickets will be scanned at turnstyle entry. Please make sure tickets are downloaded onto mobile devices
  - Contactless payments only are accepted throughout the venue.
  - Please check our list of prohibited items.
- Ticket Terms:
  - No re-entry: The ticket grants a one-time entry into the Etihad Arena, with no right of re-entry.
  - No refund, no transfer: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only. We can confiscate a ticket from you if you resell it or attempt to resell it at a price above face value.
  - Unauthorized resellers: The Arena reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from un-authorized resellers, including through Viagogo or Dubizzle.
  - No admission: Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena and/or prosecution, as determined in the sole discretion of Etihad Arena, their representatives, affiliates and/or agents or law enforcement.
  - Access is available for those with a disability or other access needs. Accessible seating tickets must be purchased
  - The ticket is subject to the terms & conditions
  - It is the responsibility of the customer to attend the Event at the correct time. Failure to attend does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
  - If ticket holder(s) are unable to attend the Event for any reason, including personal circumstances, travel disruption, or scheduling conflicts, the ticket shall remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
  - The Event Organiser and ticketing provider accept no responsibility for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged, or for any personal injury or losses sustained at the Event, except where required by law.
  - The Event Organiser and ticketing provider are not responsible for lost or damaged tickets. Ticket category exchanges are not permitted. One ticket admits one person only.
  - Tickets are valid only for the specified Event and cannot be reused for any other event.
  - The Event Organiser will use reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of any cancellation or postponement. Failure to receive such notification does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or compensation.
  - By purchasing a ticket, you consent to your data being used by the Event Organiser and ticketing provider for event-related communication and marketing purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
  - This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and Event partners. Breach of any rules or unacceptable behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund. Security searches may be conducted.
  - All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except in the case of full cancellation of the Event.
  - If the Event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders shall be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket only.
  - No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances including but not limited to:
    
    Personal reasons or inability to attend
    
    Travel or visa issues
    
    Lineup or artist changes
    
    Weather conditions
    
    Delays or interruptions Any applicable refunds (in case of cancellation only) will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
  - The Event, performers, and schedule are subject to change at any time without notice. Such changes are not considered a material change and do not entitle ticket holders to a refund, exchange, or compensation.
  - The Event Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, postponement, modification, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, government restrictions, public health issues, political instability, artist unavailability, or technical failures.
  - The Event will take place rain or shine unless cancelled for safety reasons. Weather does not qualify for a refund.
  - The Event Organiser is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or related expenses incurred by ticket holders.
  - The ticket is subject to the terms & conditions
- Others:
  - Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.

1. Purchase tickets from Etihad Arena website. Click on Get Tickets and Download the Yas Island app from your app store.

2. Log in to your account, and your tickets will be ready and waiting in the 'TICKETS' tab.

3. Ticket QR Code will be activated when you arrived at the venue, show your digital tickets at the entrance for easy scanning.

4. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show - it's that simple!
